GMTO provides technical support

For workshops through a helpdesk, with over 10 technical specialists available to customers who have a GMTO helpdesk subscription. The specialists have access to the GMTO fault database, original documentation, and each other’s experience. They assist with coding and programming tasks, such as learning towbar wiring sets or programming new keys.

The GMTO Connect interface allows for remote connections to the car, eliminating the need for it to leave the workshop. Communication between the car and the GMTO Connect specialist occurs via WiFi or the 3G/4G network. The GMTO Connect is connected to the OBD plug on one side and an (Android) tablet or smartphone on the other. Once the connection to the car is established, the GMTO Connect app opens automatically.
